How and why did you decide to work in Japan?
The quality of Japanese "Omotenashi" or customer service is recognized around the world. I wanted to learn that service spirit and expand it to Mongolia in the future to develop my home country as a tourism nation.
Have you ever worked hard with your teachers and fellow students in your job search?
I conducted my job search with the goal of obtaining a job offer from a company that offers hotel and hospitality services.
Interviews are very important in this industry. This is because the impression an employee makes has a great impact on customers.
Therefore, I practiced making a favorable impression. In addition, many of my seniors at Nagano Campus were already working at the same hotel, so they gave me a lot of useful information for my company research.
Please tell us about any events that made you feel good or happy about enrolling at ISI.
I have always longed to go to Japan. I also wanted to be able to speak Japanese fluently.
I was inspired by the students around me at the school, who were all working hard to achieve their dreams. Students from various countries also became good friends with each other. This was a valuable experience that I could not have had if I had stayed in my own country.
What are your goals and dreams for the future?
First of all, I have achieved my first goal of finding a job in Japan, so I would like to concentrate on my work for a while and enjoy Japanese culture and life.
Nagano has many leisure activities and events to enjoy in each season, and I would like to experience many of them and put my heart into explaining them to customers in a more realistic way. In the future, I would like to return to Mongolia and use what I have learned and experienced here to further expand Mongolia's tourism industry.
