Nagano Campus
Before deciding to come to Japan, I had heard about Nagano Prefecture, which is famous for hosting the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in 1998, and is also a great place for sightseeing. I chose ISI Nagano Campus not only because I heard about it, but also because such a place with a long history and beautiful scenery must be a good place to study and live, and because the school pays great attention to the quality of teaching, so I did not hesitate to choose it.
It takes only one hour or so by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Ueda City in Nagano Prefecture, which is very convenient. The prices are also very low compared to Ueda City in Tokyo, and the rent is also very low, which is especially suitable for international students. The teachers also help students who work and study part-time. You don’t have to worry about living expenses and tuition fees. In the cherry blossom season, there are cherry blossoms everywhere, and this year, you can see the beauty of this place with your own eyes, and in winter, you can go skiing and take a hot spring nearby, so you can have a rich extracurricular life while studying.
I am very glad to meet the teachers here. If you don’t understand the problems in the classroom, the teachers will explain until you understand.
If you choose to study and live in Ueda, you will not have the hustle and bustle and traffic of a big city, but you will have the peace and comfort that a big city does not have, and you will be able to study happily with a relaxed mood. As long as you take each day seriously, you will definitely reap the benefits of a different life here.
