Recently, we held a recruitment information session at the ISI Career Foreign Language Academy Shibuya branch, welcoming representatives from Hoshino Resorts, one of Japan’s leading resort hotel and facility operators.

Hoshino Resorts is a company that operates luxury resort hotels and hot spring inns under its own unique brand, aiming to bring out the best in each region.
Founded in 1914 and headquartered in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture, Hoshino Resorts is a rapidly growing company that has become an ideal place of employment for foreign talent wanting to work for a Japanese company.

In October of this year, it was announced that the first full-scale hot spring inn in the continental United States will open in Sharon Springs, New York in 2028.

This recruitment information session provided students with an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Hoshino Resorts’ corporate philosophy, job content, and vision for further growth.
The students who participated in the information session experienced the appeal of Hoshino Resorts firsthand and further increased their interest in the company through many questions and exchanges of opinions.
