INFORMATION
ISO29991 is a set of requirements specifically for language learning service providers, and aims to improve the quality of language learning services and improve customer satisfaction accordingly. A regular audit is conducted every year, and a renewal audit is conducted once every three years.
At the Kyoto Campus, an on-site examination was held for two days, February the 1st and 2nd, 2024.
As a result of the review, there were no requests for improvement, non-conformities, or negative observations in all audit items. We also received comments about our efforts to further improve quality and evaluations of the three strong points of our Kyoto campus.
Our school has a crisis management manual in place that informs students what to do in the event of an emergency. We are proactively working to ensure safety at the school by hosting drills, including holding annual evacuation drills and making sure that students are aware of the escape routes from the start of their school life. This initiative was praised as an initiative that brings peace of mind to students who have little experience with earthquakes.
We are working to gather and compare student performance data by school within the ISI group. Our schools are working hard together to utilize this data from all angles. Our efforts to improve our language services and develop our teaching methods have been recognised and highlighted as a strength.
We have made various materials such as application guidelines, school brochures, and websites available in multiple languages so that students and parents can check them before enrolling. The website, which is available in 13 languages, was praised for its careful use of language tailored to users to avoid misunderstandings, as well as for being updated frequently and providing the latest information.
We will continue to maintain and improve the quality of our education, improve our ability to provide high quality services and provide an educational product that satisfies our customers.
