INFORMATION
ISO 29991 is a set of requirements specifically for language learning service providers to improve the quality of language learning services and the resulting customer satisfaction. Periodic audits are conducted every year, and renewal audits are conducted every three years.
On Thursday, December 7, 2023, Takadanobaba Campus successfully completed its ISO 29991:2020 periodic audit.
As a result of the audit, no nonconformities or observations were noted in all audit items, and we received comments on our efforts to further improve quality and 2 strong points.
The school was recognized for its flexibility in responding to changes in society and the needs of students, and for its constant search for better management methods. Takadanobaba School is facing the daily challenge of various reforms through the following initiatives.
①Nurse deployment at school
Specialist staff with extensive practical experience offer advice and guidance to students who are unsure about life in Japan. Training is also provided for teaching staff, which is helpful in providing guidance and support to international students.
②Improved services for new students
Orientation sessions are personalized for each student, with senior students (current students) participating. Furthermore, we actively promote DX such as cashless payment and remote interpreting.
③Promotion of role rotation
The ISI Group as a whole encourages the transfer of teachers. This encourages exchange and training between employees, strengthens organizational capabilities and improves services across the Group.
The committee was praised for its efforts to create a better learning environment, for example by immediately reflecting the results of class and teacher assessments and student satisfaction ratings, which are carried out several times a year, in organization and progression classes, while analyzing the results in detail.
We will continue to strive to maintain and improve the quality of our education, and to provide high quality services to our customers.
