ISI Global Inc, (Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Masaaki Ogino, hereinafter referred to as “ISI”) has recently established a new subsidiary, New Line Inc. (Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Masaaki Ogino). The Chinese subsidiary, Suzhou Hinglan Educational Technology Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Province, China, legal representative: Masaaki Ogino), is a subsidiary of New Line Education Co., Ltd. (Toshima-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Zhao Yucheng) and Jiangsu Hinglan Culture Propagation Co., Ltd. We would like to annouce that we have completed the acquisition of the preparatory school business run by Jiangsu Province, China (legal representative: Zhao Yucheng).

【About the business transfer agreement】
ISI operates in the education industry and offers services such as Japanese language education, vocational school management, university management, study abroad business, and human resources recruitment business. In the Japanese language education indsutry, Our schools can host the largest amount of students in Japan with a capacity of over 5,800 students. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as a leading business in Japanese language education.

With the acquisition of this preparatory school business for Chinese students, educational collaboration between ISI Japanese Language School and the preparatory school business will progress, and by building a seamless education system, it will be possible to provide rational and practical educational programs.
In addition, we will actively develop pre-admission education for Japanese language and EJU preparation in collaboration with local educational institutions in China.

We will continue to strive to develop human resources who will become bridges between Japan and other countries around the world. We will achieve this by providing Japanese language education to foreign students who will lead the future, and by supporting them in their admission to Japanese universities and graduate schools.
