Tokyo Summer Program Implementation Report

The Tokyo Summer Program has started as of Tuesday, July 18.
70 students from all over China participated in the program and enjoyed their summer vacation in Japan while taking trial classes at ISI Japanese Language School for about two weeks.

Although Tokyo was in the middle of a hot summer heat wave during their stay, the students enjoyed a full and energetic schedule that included visits to famous universities such as Waseda University and Tokyo University of the Arts, an overnight trip to Mt. Fuji, Tokyo Disneyland, Akihabara, Asakusa, Odaiba sightseeing, and more.

Many of the students are considering higher education in Japan in the near future, and it was very impressive to see them actively speaking in class and listening intently during the university tour.

“I was surprised to see students from various countries studying Japanese at ISI”, “The quiet environment in Japan left an impression on me, and I thought it was very Japanese to say, ‘I’m sorry’ when I made noise” and “I felt it was ideal to study Japanese in a clean environment after visiting ISI’s school.” were just some of the comments we received from the students.

Although their stay in Japan was over very quickly, we had a great time with the students, and all of us at ISI Japanese Language School had a fulfilling time.

I look forward to your hearing about your future endeavors and seeing you all again!

ISI Japanese Language School actively accepts students from all over the world with diverse backgrounds, regardless of religion or culture.
