[Ikebukuro Campus] Notice of Completion of ISO 29991 Periodic Audit
Ikebukuro Campus (ISI Language College) has completed its regular audit for ISO 29991.
“ISO 29991” is a set of requirements specifically for language learning service providers to improve the quality of language learning services and the resulting customer satisfaction. Periodic audits are conducted every year, and renewal audits are conducted every three years.
Ikebukuro Campus successfully completed its regular ISO 29991:2020 audit on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
During the periodic audit, the status of efforts for improvement items from the previous audit, as well as the status of planning, operation, improvement, achievement, and evaluation will be checked. As a result of the audit, there were no areas of non-conformity or observations, and the auditor commented on our efforts to further improve quality and evaluated 3 strong points.

Accumulated Achievements
Our efforts to understand the needs of students from admission to graduation by asking them to indicate their reasons for studying at the school and their career aspirations on the application form. In addition, our achievements to date, including the acceptance of newspaper scholarship students, have been highly evaluated.

Communicate necessary information in multiple languages
The recruitment guidelines and pamphlets were translated into 13 languages to communicate the services, and the website introduces the person in charge of each language with a photo. This system was highly evaluated for its ability to obtain necessary information in the native language or languages in which the client is proficient.

In-house system for quality education
The school and headquarters work closely together, and the curriculum and teaching materials are reviewed and revised on a regular basis and shared with each instructor. This was highly evaluated as an excellent initiative to establish an internal system and pursue improvement in the quality of education.
The ISI Japanese Language School Group has obtained ISO 29991 certification for its Ikebukuro Campus, Takadanobaba Campus, and Kyoto Campus, and has completed renewal and periodic audits for all schools this year.
We will continue to strive to maintain and improve the quality of our education, and to provide high quality services to our customers.
