[Kyoto Campus] Completion of ISO 29991 Periodic Audit
Kyoto Campus (ISI Language School Kyoto) has completed its regular audit for “ISO 29991”.
“ISO 29991” is a set of requirements specifically for language learning service providers to improve the quality of language learning services and the resulting customer satisfaction. Periodic audits are conducted every year, and renewal audits are conducted every three years.
On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, Kyoto Campus successfully completed its ISO 29991:2020 periodic audit.
As a result of the audit, no nonconformities or observations were noted in all audit items, and we received comments on our efforts to further improve quality and 3 strong points.

Establishment of information disclosure system
Parents and other guardians can receive student study status (grade notifications) via e-mail if they wish. In addition, since the information can also be viewed through the school portal site, the established system for information disclosure was highly evaluated.

Building an optimized curriculum
While utilizing the results of the student survey, the school has developed a set of standards that are in line with the school's actual situation. Moreover, since the appropriate personnel are in charge of practical work, it was evaluated that the curriculum has been constructed in an optimal manner for the school.

Audit system that takes advantage of our corporate scale
We proceed with internal audits by selecting appropriate personnel from the head office and other schools in the group, and hold debriefing sessions with the board members. These were systematically progressed and highly evaluated as an audit system that takes advantage of the corporation's economies of scale.
We will continue to strive to maintain and improve the quality of our education, and to provide high quality services to our customers.
