For the first time in almost two years, Japan opened its doors to international students. Many international students have finally been able to embrace their dreams and spend their time studying in Japan.
ISI Japanese Language School has decided to hold a “Photo Contest” to provide an opportunity for current students, who are enjoying a fulfilling study abroad experience, to creatively share their study abroad experience and the charms of Japan.

Grand Prize (1 person): 30,000 yen
Excellence Award (10 persons): 10,000 yen
ISI Special Prize (20 persons): ISI official goods

1. Follow ISI Japanese Language School’s official  RED (小红书)  *Download RED (小红书) APP, click here for PC version.
2. Please submit a photo + a short text on RED with the theme “My Study Abroad Story”
3. The content of your submission is at your choice, but please write in Chinese.
4. Please remember to add the hashtags, [#ISI日本语学校] and [#ISI摄影大赛2022]  when you post.

Entries will be judged based on their overall popularity, photographic integrity, and written expression.

In late August, only the winners will be notified through direct messages (DM) on RED (Xiaohongshu).
Results will be posted on ISI Japanese Language School’s website and official social medias.

• The organizer of this contest is ISI Japanese Language School, and it is not an official event of RED (Xiaohongshu)
• Submitted photos must be original and unpublished photos taken by the participant or his/her group.
• If any person or copyright (painting, photograph, work of art, etc.) appears in the photograph, please be sure to obtain the approval of that person or copyright holder. In the unlikely event that there is even a single objection from any person or entity with copyright, portrait right, or any other right, the participant shall be responsible for resolving the issue at his/her own expense, and the organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or damage.
• Entries with content that is offensive to public order and morals, or intended to advertise or solicit for political or religious purposes will not be considered.
• Entries that are found to be in violation of the entry rules or deemed inappropriate by the organizer will not be considered for judging, and if a violation is found after the entry has won a prize, the award may be revoked.
• You may submit as many times as you like during the application period, but only one prize will be awarded.
• The copyright of the submitted photographs belongs to the participants, but please note the submitted works may be used for the purpose of ISI’s promotional activities.
• Please note that entries may be posted on the ISI Japanese Language School website and official social medias at a later date. The winning entries, names of the winners, etc. will be made public on the ISI website.
• Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding the screening and selection process or the reasons for judging individual entries.
