Takadanobaba Campus (ISI Language School) underwent a regular ISO audit on December 15th, and has completed the audit successfully.

ISO 29991:2014 is a set of requirements designed specifically for language learning service providers to improve the quality of their language learning services and the resulting customer satisfaction. A periodic audit is conducted every year, and a renewal audit is conducted every three years.

In the periodic audit, the auditor will check the status of improvement items from the previous audit, as well as the status of planning, operation, improvement, achievement, and evaluation.
This time, the audit was completed without any nonconformities or observations. At the same time, the following three strong points were evaluated.

1. The course was designed with the learner’s background and situation in mind, and was highly evaluated for its design of slow, regular, and advanced classes to suit each student’s situation, even at the same language level.
2. Thorough provision of necessary information to learners and sponsors prior to and at the start of the service, including the purpose, form, and content of the language learning service, as well as the obligations and responsibilities of learners, through a variety of means.
3. A variety of means are used to collect opinions from learners and sponsors, such as when they are dissatisfied, and a complaint handling manual has been developed.

We will continue to make continuous improvements and work to improve the quality of our services so that we can provide quality services that satisfy our customers.
