Student House – Shimo International House

Shimo International House is ISI’s directly managed dormitory.
Availability of dormitories is subject to room availability and we will contact you with details after arrangements are finalized.

In October 2023, Shimo International House, a dormitory directly managed by ISI, opened. This dormitory is for students enrolled in ISI Schools. It is a shared student dormitory with the Chuo College of Technology, and it is located around 30 minutes by train from Takadanobaba Station. The surroundings are beautiful, with a large park in front of the campus, with the Sumida River flowing through the neighborhood. There are also establishments useful for your daily life, such as a large shopping mall and convenience stores within walking distance.
This is an international house where you can experience cross-cultural exchange and improve your language skills by living together with international and Japanese students from ISI Group. The dormitory has a permanent manager living in the property, new facilities, and security measures in place such as security cameras installed to ensure a safe and comfortable dormitory life.
Paid services, such as meals, are also available. If you wish to use this service, please apply for it after moving into the dormitory. * The dining area is only available to students who have applied for meal service after moving in.
