【Ikebukuro Campus】”ISO29991:2014″ Periodic Audit Completed
Ikebukuro Campus (ISI Language College) successfully underwent its regular ISO audit on February 18.
ISO 29991:2014 is a set of requirements designed specifically for language learning service providers to improve the quality of their language learning services and the resulting customer satisfaction. A periodic audit is conducted every year, and a renewal audit is conducted every three years.
In the periodic audit, the auditor will check the status of improvement items from the previous audit, as well as the status of planning, operation, improvement, achievement, and evaluation.
This time, there were no areas of non-conformity or observations, as well as some comments on our efforts to further improve quality, which were evaluated as three strong points.

The training program to enhance the growth of teachers
Twice a year, we conduct a class evaluation survey, and the results are followed up in detail through interviews with all instructors. The training program was highly praised for its systematic planning and the content itself as a guide to encourage the self-directed growth of the teachers.

Research on teaching materials to improve Japanese language skills
We are exploring a wide range of language learning materials that will lead to active learning for students as well as an understanding of Japanese society and culture. Moreover, the company was highly evaluated for its pursuit and implementation of teaching materials that are not excessive for the Japanese language level.

Sincere improvement response
The results obtained from the student satisfaction survey were analyzed in many aspects. For items with low satisfaction, we are trying to determine the cause by conducting interviews with students. We are sincerely addressing the issues and taking remedial measures.
We will continue to make continuous improvements and work to improve the quality of our services so that we can provide quality services that satisfy our customers.
