ISO 29991:2014 is a set of requirements designed specifically for language learning service providers to improve the quality of their language learning services and the resulting customer satisfaction. A periodic audit is conducted every year, and a renewal audit is conducted every three years.
In the periodic audit, the auditor will check the status of improvement items from the previous audit, as well as the status of planning, operation, improvement, achievement, and evaluation.
This time, there were no nonconformities or observations identified. We also received comments on our efforts to further improve quality, and two strong points were evaluated.
The training programs are designed to meet the needs of each individual teacher, and the fact that they can be selected according to their stage of development (ability improvement) was highly evaluated as an initiative to improve the quality of teachers.
The company's efforts to digitize supplementary teaching materials and educational content used in classes, as well as to centrally manage and operate them in an always up-to-date state, were recognized as an excellent approach to providing high-quality education.
We will continue to make continuous improvements and work to improve the quality of our services so that we can provide quality services that satisfy our customers.
